I am posting on here in the hope that I can attract some serious people as I have lost all faith in very average overpriced estate agents around Manchester.
I have 2 properties both 2 bed apartments on the outskirts of the City centre in very successful regeneration areas. The first is a ground floor flat on Gleesons City East development in Beswick, I have owned it for 18 months and it was tenanted at £650 pcm until last month, it is now empty. The developers latest release inculdes similar properties for sale at £170K + this is because the site sits adjacent to the proposed super casino location. I want £120K for this property and a quick sale. The second property is situated on Gleesons Grove village estate in Ardwick right next to Machesters Apollo and the universities this property is available fully furnished and was too tenanted at £650 pcm until last week. The developer is selling the latest release very quickly at £140K +. I want £125K for this property.
There is still plenty of capital growth in these two propertis for various reasons which I can explain to serious takers, please feel free to contact me should you wish to discuss either of these opportunities.
