Hi there, Being a complete novice to all this financial make up of property investing I have some what of a naive question.

I am in the process of receiving the deeds to a property worth around 90K. There is no mortgage on it and as far as I am aware complete 100% equity.

Can anyone give any guidence on how I can release this equity to purchase a buy to let mortgage. What I mean is, Can I release the equity for a deposit, for a buy to let mortgage.

I have over 10 years in the building industry as a remedial surveyor and the managing director of a preservation company. However o years in property investing. Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated

Many thanks

I assume that you will be letting the property outon a BTL basis? and that you wish to release capital to fund other BTL's this is possible and can be done.

There are a lot of questions need to be answered first, i don't see any problems at all.
