Hi guys,

Im emailing you all one today, please remember that i dont use it so cannot give any advise on it, it will not harm your pc that i can guarantee. the reason i dont use it is that im more comfortable with paper and pencil, yeah, i know im an amateur.

All the best with it

Everyone has now had a copy, it does work and should keep you busy for a while, the good thing with it is that it will work your rents weekly, monthly or 4 weekly for DSS. Most systems dont. it also allows for multiple tenants which is good for HMO's. I rent to DSS and student and professional so it needed to cover them all i found off the shelf ones did not do this.
