Am currently looking at expanding my btlets, all purchased the hard slow way. Have seen all of the threads with regard to many property clubs, mostly negative threads (over inflated prices/slack lenders(Challenor etc) Have narrowed my search down after several months to what I believe to be "The good ones" No fancy high expense courses or registration fees, brainwashing etc. Yes, some of the property values may be artificially high, but, if they can be purchased for little cash down and either funded for a while (negative cashflow) or use the so called discount as the deposit, seems a good way to go.(assuming own due diligence, area, rental expected etc) This allows rapid porfolio expansion with minimum outlay? Has anyone used or dealt with Fast-track in Mayfair. Had lots of conversations with them, received brochures of properties. All looks OK as far as I can determine at present. Have narrowed my search down to Two of them. Would welcome comments.

Hi Ian I have a deal in Sunderland on 4 bed townhouses at the moment,Deposit paid, good yeilds and all you will need is £2000 reservation fee and legals and stamp at the end. I also have a contact that helps build poeple's portfolios and it won't cost you anywhere as near as much as it would with the bigger investment companies. Email me on leedamians@yahoo.co.uk and we can discuss the above further . Cheers Damian |
