General (main property discussion here) - Using Property Investment Companies

Could anybody please advise on companies such as Buytolet4less, Property For Life etc. and whether they have good (or bad)experiences. I've bought properties independently and not through a company as yet so am interested in the best ways of building up my portfolio. Any advice appreciated.

Hi Annette I have an excellent contact for buying(bmv,re-furb,off-plan etc) in the NE £1000 pound a property is the norm.Which you won't get from your larger companies. I also have an excellent deal in Sunderland on 9 4 bedroom townhouse with excellent yeilds on the uni campus they may intrest you.
