Hi, You should probably get some "proper" advice about this.As much as people here will try to help, you will probably need specialised advice.Good luck.

Harjit,

I completely agree with the good advice from Simon. There is nothing better than sound profesional advice.... it could even mean the difference between profit & loss!

My basic understanding is that if you reside in the UK, you are liable to UK tax. Even to the extent of earnings in other countries.

Regards,

Malik

Harjit,

An after thought:

Tax is payable on profit: so "make less profit" by paying members of your family to collect rents, manage your properties etc... gardening services, inspection services, letting services, the list is endless.... I'm sure you get the drift of this.... Yet another possibility is to do a legal deal with a lower rate tax payer as to the %-ownership of the property.... ALL of these need to be endoresed by your professional advisor of course.

Regards

Malik

tax would bepayable in your own country. UK is a tax haven for non nationals.

however if you are a UK resident then off shore company will not help you.

unless you have the ownership of that company in other peoples names who live in the country the company is going to be in. this maybe possible.
