Hull is on the up at the moment, the city centre is making some great apartment blocks and they are fitted out top spec.at present some of the rents are low to middle but this will change , and is starting to change now we are now getting top prices of rents now, Kingswood in HULL, is also doing very well but go for a 2 bed only to get the best return and a fast let . keep away from your cheap £25k -£32k 2 beds in the west hull area ,you will be told they will rent out and yes they may rent out but you wont always get paid rent and they are present a bag of trouble, most local agents wont touch them , HULL is changing for the better and if you buy in the right areas with a long time view you cant go wrong at the moment, i will keep you informed.

Thanks David. There is an upcoming auction at Barnard Marcus on Wed 9th Feb, there are some Hull props yielding 20% odd. They are in HU3. Any local knowledge here please? |

hi. Bob Can you give me street names etc, the HU3 area is big and rents can change street by street, Hull is that sort of place. |

Hi, I'm looking to get started with my first buy-to-let, and am trying to find a property in Hull, as I have read good things about it's potential. Ideally, I'll be looking for a 2 bed terrace at up to £50K. I would welcome any advice on which areas are best to look at. I am also considering using the management services of Codys Estate Agents. Any feedback on Codys, or suggestions of other agents would be gratefully received. |
