General (main property discussion here) - the property man ?? have you heard of them

Hi fellow investors hope and trust you all had a good christmas and new year.

I have been shopping around on the web as you do and came across a company called the property man.co.uk. It seems like they can find bmv and or btl properties for which they ask you to make a monthly subscription by standing order of £ 18 per month. Appreciate that there are quite a few companies always offering the earth but coming up with nothing so just wondered if anyone has any good or bad experiences or indeed heard of them.

Also i am desperatly looking for the right contact to purchase properties that have been obtained from motivated sellers or distresed parcels.

I am currently purchasig these kind of properties through a third party who is taking a cut for putting the deals together which i have now been doing for the last nine months but i would like to get more closer to the source but have not got the time or the resources to advertise for these type of deals myself.

Can anyone help me in the above as it would be highly appreciated.
