surely the very fact you are asking this question tells you to stay away????????????unless you think gains of 30%+ can be repeated in this the epicentre of the uk economy!!

Hi Guys - re your request for info on property investment in northern ireland - we live in NI and have bought and sold several properties over the last year. Increases have been substantial and there are still some good deals around. Property here is starting to come in line with rest of UK. To give you an idea, we bought two properties, one 9 mths ago which we renovated at a cost of 20k and have just made 103k on sale. Other was bought same time, no work required and made 71k. If you are interested we may be able to help you find you something of interest.
