Has anyone come accross a site I can promote my properties on for cheap or Free if possible.

I have searched and searched but having no luck as yet

What about the Landlord Trader site? Not free,but bl**dy cheeky of you coming on here and asking for help.

Good evening. We have been using with a lot of success gumtree.co.uk, surf4property.co.uk and vivastreet.co.uk. These sites are excellent and free to use. We have always used agents in the past but find it easier to do it ourselves as credit checks can be done online and it gives landlords more opportunity to meet and scrutinise prospective tenants personally. We always ask them to complete comprehensive application forms and take up all references. No tenant is better than a bad tenant!
