2 years ago i was tempted to buy a flat in birmingham. it was overvalued and rent assesmet inflated. due to my nievity i have been shafted big time. please do your own due diligance,and forget theses so called good deals they do not exist. anyone can get 15% discount from any builder. be very very carefull. if you want me to tell you more on this story contact me at me email address these flats were in birmingham. regards alan
