Hi Guys, it seems logical to me that lenders should offer better rates depending on how much business you put their way (naive of course!!!). Does anyone know of any financial products out there that cut better deals depending on how much business you put their way, e.g. £1.3M.

Regards

David

My understanding is that when you buy a portfolio its considered as individual units rather than a single loan entity. so your £1.3M might actually be £130K each for 10 units.... Speak to a broker, I bet there are some nice deals to be had: as you say you are putting a lot of business his way...

Best wishes on this and please report back your progress its a real eye opener!

Regards, Malik
