My company offers a sort of mentoring service to people who are new to the property game. We hold your hand through your purchases, advising as we go along. We can source properties for you if that is what you require, but basically we just help you build your property porfolio, until you are confident enough to go it alone. Mind you even then we will always hold your hand as and when. We obviously charge a small fee for this but it is nowhere near the thousands that other companies charge.
We are currently looking for a limited number of people to start on a programme where we mentor you through your portfolio purchases.
