My partner Stephen Forsythe and I own 10invest.co.uk which is a property club agency which you can view on our website (still being developed but you can view some of the properties available in Turkey).
We are based in Northern Ireland and are well known in all the business networks here - BNI, B4B, Chamber of Commerce, Women on the Move, Women in Business, FSB.
At the minute, we are working with developers in Turkey. Our developers are local (Northern Ireland based) which means that our Clients know who they are dealing with. Northern Ireland is a very small place in terms of business.
Our properties are in Belek, Alanya and Akbuk. With 10invest.co.uk you can share the cost of a property with either friends or family or with a group of other disparate people. Properties start at around £50,000 and we charge a 2% fee which is purely for administration of the property club. If you wish to buy a property for your own individual use we do not charge the 2% fee.
The company is new but we have spent a lot of time sourcing and researching the properties and each have twenty years experience of private property development in Northern Ireland. As you will see from the website, our properties are only of the highest quality. Watch the site for gradual changes we will be making. We will be moving on to Bulgaria in the winter time and again are working only with local developers.
