A number of unexpected places have been slammed as "the worst places to live in the UK, according to a recent poll of the UK's 434 local authorities based on five criteria - crime, environment, lifestyle, education and employment.
I'm wondering how this has previously impacted on the rental markets in those areas.... Comments?
