I had a great experience with a broker called Clarity Investments. I got a sub base rate deal (4.74%)on a new build flat fixed for 2 years! I was really impressed. Not bad for a Google search!! www.clarityinvestments.co.uk

Does anybody know of a buy to let or commercial lender that will lend on loan to value and not loan to purchase. The purpose is that I don't want to put down a deposit as I am purchasing the property under market value from a builder but want to borrow 85% of the true market value?
