Has anyone had any experience with land banking. I am investigating a deal with landplanninggroup.com and am looking for feedback.

It seems like one of those 'too good to be true' deals, so probably is. I just wondered what other peoples feedback is. Regards Sean

Sean, Be careful.Don't know about these people.However briefly saw something today about the supermarkets being looked at re their landbanking.This could eventually include other landbank operations??
