General (main property discussion here) - Buy to Sell (Property Development)

Hi Guys,

really impressed with the forum. Was wondering if there is anyone who can advise if there is a website that offers specifically property that will appeal to a property DEVELOPER, i.e. i wish to buy and do up an existing property that may be in poor condition.

David, I seem to recall something called www.renovatealerts.co.uk This is a subscription service(of course)but it may help.Also a company called Choices (don't know the www) Good luck,and look out for the sharks. Simon.
