I am looking at the possibility of putting together a couple of syndicate type investments:
1. Larger value and investment to purchase plot of land in up and coming spa area for building a small holiday complex. Either one investor with enough capital to buy plot (around 100,000 Euros), get all architect plans done and permissions, legal fees etc and then start build. Maybe sell off plan to fund build.
2. Others looking to get involved in over seas market but who maybe only have a couple of thousand to put in. I would be looking to set up a company in Bulgaria where all investors would be equal share holders (or equal to their investment) and then we would all have equal say in what we buy, looking mainly at rural houses to renovate to either sell on or look to rent out. Minimum investment of say £2,500 and would need around 10 investors. Would want to keep it a small group.
