Under normal circumstances I would love to deal as I am always looking to get more, however I have just closed on my biggest deal ever (a combined commercial / domestic block) and currently don't even have the preverbal pot.... Not a penny to my name, nothing… nada! I even had to raise the last £40K on credit cards… The near future is definitely more soups than steaks I can tell you!
