Syndicates / Property Clubs - Has anybody read How to Build a Property Portfolio for £1116?

Just wondered if anybody has looked into this? Property is one investment that is worth looking into.

I have been in contact with Brian Baggarley (the author) who is very helpful. I have about £4000 to invest in this opportunity.

I would ideally like to embark on this venture with one or two other people with a similar investment. Of course we could meet up and discuss it if you are interested.

I could wait and save up more and go in on my own but would be to go in with one or two people so we can build a bigger portfolio.

I live in Surrey by the way so if you lived in the South that would be helpful but no essential.

I too bought this course. Made Ok reading although nothing amazing or no real secrets revealed. But gave m the push to start doing some research and look to build a portfolio here in the UK. I have 8 houses in Bulgaria but would like to do somethign similar to want Brian did in re-mortgaging to give some income each year. I had a few emails with Brian. He recommended and pushed AshKey. I did register but all deals sold out on website, although I get nearly an email a day about something or other. I emailed them personally for more information and got no real response.

In the meantime I came across BuyProperty4Less and went down to visit them in Manchester. I liked the developments they were selling. They put me in touch with a finance advisor and letting agent - both of whom were helpful. I have paid the £500 platinum fee but am not rushing into anything at the moment.

Would be great to keep in contact with someone else at the same level as me.
