Hello to you all. My name is Steve Gray and I am new to this forum. My company, Hot Property Abroad Ltd based in the UK has been promoting properties in Turkey now for almost two years. I often travel over there to find the very best properties to promote, and to stay one step ahead of the competition, I hope that doesn't come across in the wrong way - I am merely passionate about my work and care for my clients.

We have a quite varied portfolio offering apartments from £30,000 to luxury villas for over £500,000. We work with top-class developers, all of whom have proven track records. We can also offer a bespoke service for those who wish to find their perfect plot and build their dream home.

Because I travel to Turkey on a regular basis I see firsthand extremely good investment opportunities. I therefore feel that I am in a position to offer sound advice and would be very interested in developing there myself one day. If you would be interested in either buying or developing please give me a call at my Cheshire office on: 01270 761603 or view my website for more details: www.hotpropertyabroad.com; I would be happy to hear from you and help if I can, Regards, Steve.

Hi Steve,

I am also a real estate agent for Turkey property and my team is based in Antalya city on the southern coast. We do have a wide range of properties but specialise in European quality apartments suitable for holiday investment proeprties. Currently our cheapest property is €39,500 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with pool, sauna etc. near the Lara beach park.

The best thing about the price? We now offer mortgages somany people could afford to buy one using their credit card to cover the deposit. Competitive rates and UK based banking procedures protect peoples insecurities about handing money over to anyone in Turkey.

You have a nice website, check out ours: http://www.pasharealty.com/mortgages-turkey.htm
