seem way too expensive for what they are offering!

most of their stuff doesn't stack

3% finders fee's - what!

my partner and I get better deals and only ever charge 1.5% tops!

Hi Matthew, As I'm new to property investment, can you explain what is meant by 'stacking up'(regarding tennants) means please.

Can you reccomend a trustworthy and reliable investment company that charges 1.5% Finders Fee?

Many Thanks, Claire

Hi James, Claire,

Our company charges between 0.5-1.5% maximum for a deal. We regularly get between 15 and 25% discount off new-build units throughout the UK.

We usually source apartments and small townhouses but are also looking at larger units now (I personally specialise in HMO's).

As said in a previous post, I am in the process of building a website to go live shortly.

cheers Matthew

Hi Matthew,

If what you say is true about regularly getting 15%-25% discounts off new builds, and only charging 0.5-1.5%, then I would most definitely be interested in talking to you.

Please can you email me information or at least let me know how i can get in touch: phil.parkinson@pslc.co.uk

Many thanks, Phil

Matthew

I am a shade confused.

On this thread you say you never charge a finders fee of more than 1.5% but on another when you talk about flats in Fusion you quote a finders fee of 2%

Can you clarify?

Sorry the 2% Finders Fee related to Spiningfiled and not Fusion

My apologies - we have recently revised our top fee's to 2%. We don't intend charging more than that for any deal - and the average is still 1 to 1.5%.

We've done 2% on about 2 developments this year.

Hi Matt, Why do you have a fluctuating fee and not fixed? I am VERY keen to make more investments this year and would be able to add considerable contributions to any pot. Hopefully this would add more bargaining power to any discounts you negotiate.

And how often do you come up with new developments and in what part of the country?

If anybody would like an alternative to a 'Property Club' have a look at http://www.onlyproperty.co.uk the approach is different. We want property investors to build successful portfolios that are well planned; we offer different types of property and balanced property investment advice. We can still find you properties or help you with the 'due diligence' on properties you find yourself with any fees clear, factored in to your investment and only collected on completion!!
