One of our investors is very familiar with the tourism and hospitality industry as he has managed Holiday Inns in the UK for many years. He has now moved out to Spain and set up a company dedicated to providing the highest level of service with regard to renting and / or managing your Spanish property.
Rentals:
The rental side offers free internet entries on their web site, which is rapidly climbing the search engine rankings. They will create the listing for your Spanish property for no charge. They normally charge £25 for making a one week booking, but as they are a very new company they are offering this service for £15 to the first 25 customers. You are only charged when your property is rented.
Property Management:
They are also offering a FULL property management service for your Spanish property, again at a reduced rate for the first 25 clients.
This service will include the option for:
Property Management • Keyholding • Weekly inspection of the property checking utilities, flush toilets, run tabs, check for damp and air property • Emergency Maintenance on a 24/7 basis • Dealing with utility companies
Property Preparation • Making up required number of beds • Equipping bathroom with toilet rolls, soap and towels • Equipping kitchen with washing up liquid, dish cloth and bin bags • Meeting guests on arrival • 24 hr helpline given to all guests
Housekeeping • Meeting with guests just before departure to check for damages • Thorough cleaning of property including high level dusting & windows • Collect all dirty bed linen and towels
Gardening • Grass cutting as required
