Hi i am new to this form.

I purchased a buy to let apartment 3 years ago, valued at £175k and took out a mortgage for £150k. The problem i have now is that the dicount period has now expired and i am now on a variable rate.

Can anyone suggest what the best remortgage option for me would be.

thanks

Hi Barkat,

Visit http://www.pasharealty.com/mortgages-turkey.htm

We offer remortgages from UK lenders, at 7.5% fixed rate up to 20 years. 65% loan to valuation secured against the Turkish property, not your UK assets. The interest rate will vary depending on the amount of money you accurately receive from letting.

An initial response is available within 48 hours to tell you if you are eligible. The chances are if you qualified previously, you should again unless your employment status has changed.

Visit the link, read the info there and fill out the short form to request a quote. Make sure you send me your email address and telephone number accurately so we can get your decision ASAP.

I hope we can help Barkat,

Phillip Keates http://www.pasharealty.com/mortgages-turkey.htm
