Getting quite annoyed with my "managing" agent for one of my props. It's getting so hands on that I might as well be doing it myself.
I know loads of people go down this route, but just wondering if anyone had any advice/ ideas on the pitfalls I'm going to face?
(I can't afford to do it full time as my portfolio is only 3 houses so far, so it'll be more part-time/ evenings)
