This is 40 minutes flight to Phuket(another jewel in the Andaman). I have a friend from Englandinvested in condo,in the last 2 years, rental yield is low (3%)and capital growth almost 0. Much higher for landed property. But foreigners can only purchase >RM250,000/=. Worth finding out. Another plus is, govt encouraging foreigners to stay long term, under 'Malaysia my second home' program.
