Hi can anyone help me i am looking to purchase a multi-tenanted property which has 4 floors each of which has a kitchen, bathroom,wc, bedroom, lounge, however a common staircase runs throughout which the tennants have to cross to reach their wc kitchen etc.Three of the tennants are dss. Does anyone know of a mortgage lender who will lend on this (neither a bedsit or flats)property or should i stay well clear
