Overseas investment - Krakow...

Just returned from an interesting trip to Krakow in Poland. Property in the city is rising at a phenomenal rate and developments in certain locations are selling out at launch stage. Have looked at the whole picture, spoke with several developers and agents and gathered a bundle of information.
