Local Knowledge - Warning to investors in Newcastle upon tyne area

I thought I would pass on this warning based on my own terrible experiences with these people. Like many other investors I bought property from Deneside Developments. They were closed down by the DTI owing many people money. The refurbishment arm of this 'company' traded as Castle Residential Services. Their refurbishments on my properties were so abysmal I have had to re-do the work myself.(Court pending). While this was going on and to escape liability to other people like me, they transferred the assets to another company they created, Castle Residential Developments - not telling their investors, of course. This is just to warn anyone contemplating dealing with these people to beware and inspect their refurbishment work with a fine tooth comb. Better still, source your own properties - no one needs to use these kind of companies any more! I would welcome anyone who has had this experience with them to contact me for joint legal battle.
