Local Knowledge - LEEDS

I am looking for any landlords that have a 3+ bedroom house in Leeds for rent, are looking for a decent long-term tennants and would prefer not to pay agency fees.

Sorry the reply is late I have only just noticed your post. We have several properties in the Leeds and West Yorkshire area so can help you generally. In common with other large cities,rents vary widely according to location some areas being double, so the income is variable. Let me know whereabouts the property is.
