General (main property discussion here) - SPANISH PROPERTY

Hi, what a great site this is.

I'm now living in Spain and have access to a number of 'distressed' properties ie. re-possesions, embargo's etc which I can buy or reserve and sell on (At a profit) for less than £45,000.

Would ther be a Market for these properties in the Uk? (I've been away for over 3 years now) The Developers on the Coast price their properties at English prices instead of spanish prices (Do you ever see Spanish residents on the Urbanisations?) so do you think buyers in the UK would be suspicious of a house for £45k?

Thanks for your interest.

The Properties are all traditional Townhouses (3-4 Bedders) situated 30 miles inland from Alicante (Airport & Beaches. Inthe typical sleepy villages here which have become reachable thanks to the new motorway being completed last year.

We have sold one that was recently shown on TV.
