Well, some of you may remember that I purchased 20 Interflush units direct from the source and was trying to sell them at 20 quid a go. Well they have not been the hot cakes I thought they were and now they are just sitting in my house.

If you do not know what they are check out www.interflush.co.uk.

Any offers welcome, please note I have 19 units left after I installed one in my house.

I've seen the website and don't get it!

Is it energy saving? More economical?

From what I have just read, it just makes sure that you flush once... I'm sure that I only ever flush just the once, unless I fill the bowl!

Yep it works Tom.

Bob, it saves water by instead of performing one full flush every single time you simply use as much as you need. Apparently it was save up to 45% of what goes through the u bend.

The whole idea is excellent and indeed not only serves the environment (our real home…) but at the same time, if you have a water-meter (at home or in one of the investment properties) it can save a great deal of money.

I must point out however, that modern loo-flushes (especially the trendy square cistern ones, with push button flush) have a built-in mechanism to control the flush… The flush-button is in two halves and you can press the small button for a small-flush, say for a watery number-1, or the larger button for a more slid number-2… I guess one might even be able to mix and match, but I’ve not experimented.! LOL!

Regards, Malik
