A simple question: is the stamp duty for a commercial investment purchase TAX deductable as a business expenditure? Please excuse this question if it seems a little dim, I have a number fo residential lets and am considering a large commercial invetsment. This being my first commercial invetsment... at 3% for the property Im considering it seems a bit much...
