General (main property discussion here) - Recommendations for Landlord Associations?

Ok. Here the ones that I know of:

National Federation of Residential Landlords (NFRL) fka Small Landlord Association (SLA) National Landlord Association Residential Landlord Association

I can't vouch for any other them in terms of services they provide. However I did meet the NFRL folks at an investor show. They were very helpful and honest. All landlords themselves working voluntarily.

YES! the RLA are great and really helpfull on tenant problems and provide much of there help and assistance on paperwork all on there web site.

How much do these things cost? Is it annual membership?

I've always been a bit of a DIYer with the whole process, although I would recommend landlordzone if you get into tenant troubles.
