Excellent site to all those concerned. Also a pleasure dealing with Dan.

Rather than marking a house 'Not for sale' is there an 'under offer' marker we can apply?

Thanks for your note. Properties do go "Sold Subject to Contract" once an offer is made and accepted.

We are always looking to help vendors communicate the progress of their sales as they develop, and if you think an added "Under Offer" label would help we'll certainly give it some consideration.

I'll get together Dan and the others and come back to you on this one.
