General (main property discussion here) - Best 5 year fixed?

I am looking to refinance a property worth c. 50,000 through my limited company. Any one recommend any lenders?

Sorry not sure about the best fixed rate but jst to say that I think now is a good time to be fixing in. 5 yr swaps have dipped below 5% for the first time in a while (lower market expectations).

Once the lending banks have lend this recent tranche of money and onto the next, we should start to see some much more competitive financing come back onto the marklet.

Lets hope anyway.

I mentioned five years but do you think this is the best time period? Other option is to go for a cheap 2 year.

Remember you can have a 10 year if you fancied it as well. If you know you're going to hold onto the property then why not, then you know exactly where you are for a decade!

Is 10 yr good value?

Mortgage Trust and Mortgage Express both have long term fixes at good rates, also try Bristol & West all 3 lend to Ltd company's.

My suggestion is a 3 year fixed if your concerned about rising rates.
