Well they arrived over the weekend and so far I have watched 4 of them. All I can say is zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.

Very very boring, a bit of new info but not a lot. Going to give the rest a go and will let the board know how it goes.

I think they should preach more about positive cashflow, doing your research and visiting Landlord Trader!!

At the minute it seems to be concentrating on conversions in areas where the conversion would add triple the cost to the value of the house. And looking for houses with big enough gardens to build another house. So far nothing of great interest. Certainly nothing I would want to spend a few thousand pound on.
