General (main property discussion here) - Cashback - Tax?

If i get something like 20% cashback from a property, is that cashback tax free?

I asked this question of a tax advisor a couple of weeks ago and was told that there would be no tax liability.

Mathew, have you read any of the property secrets publications, in my personal view they are very good at providing easy to read constructive information.

eddy,it ain't info on cashback its a full e-book on property tax which i paid 20 quid for.

i don't wish too sound rude but i ain't gonna forward it to any tom dick or harry outta principal.in the past i've had good advice from those whom'e i've forwarded a copy too and besides if you'd just bought a new cd you wouldn't wan't strangers asking for a copy would you?
