Recommendations for agents in the Southampton area? There are lots of properties on the site in this area but no agents listed.

Help please?

Take a look at Yell.com, can't go wrong.

Individual recommendations... try White Woods in Totton - 023 8086 8808, Darren is an honest guy.

Or Denford & Son - 023 8022 5412, pretty friendly and efficient.

Terry - don't you mean pretty, friendly and efficient?!!

We are looking into starting a database of lettings agents on this site. It won't be recommendations exactly, more a directory, but might hopefully help out!

You could try Leaders, I think they have an office in Southampton, and lots of offices in the south-east.

If you have 5 properties they'll do you a 9% rate + VAT for collection/introduction which isn't too bad.
