Hi I am looking at a student let which has a tenancy agreement in place with a June 2005 termination. A new agreement has be signed starting in July 2005 for the coming uni year. The EA stated that I will have to honour the new AST even though I have completed the purchase before the new AST starts. Is he correct and where do I stand as I will be revising the rents and conditions? Any advice will much appreciated.
