Generally speaking the concept of your site is not bad... but to be honest it is a waste of time to browse it!! The overall number of properties is arount 20 in all areas covered. Frankly I do not think a property investor could use it in any way. I hope guys that you'll enhance the service soon!!!

Sorry to hear you didn't see what you were looking for. You will find that there are over 80 properties listed at the moment, and as we grow we hope to cover more and more areas of the country, expanding our footprint ever further.
Please do call back soon as new properties are listed every day, and if you are looking to sell any properties why not consider listing them on here, as you can tell they are moving at quite a rate.

I'm not sure why you are so 'anti' this site. Perhaps you are an estate agent and see Landlord Trader as a threat? I think this site one of the innovative to hit the market.
Perhaps your PC is playing up, I found over 80 properties!
The site is obviously already working given a number of properties are 'sold subject to contract'.

Thanks for the feedback.
Firstly, we are a new company and despite the rapid growth we are experiencing, we are by no means as big as we hope to be!!
We currently have nearly about properties on the site, which is not bad since we formally launched 4 weeks ago!!
So far we have had 5 sales, so we are pleased with this validation of the concept. We are also experiencing a high number of hits each day which is encouraging.
I hope the next time you look on the site, you find something of interest.

It would be nice to think that 5% of the experienced landlords could use Landlord Trader to trade tenanted properties between the £35k and £300k.
The response so far has been great but we are not becoming complacent.

In response to Ann's post. Even if the site only contained 20 properties - altho' it actually contains many more than that - surely the point is whether those properties are a sound investment proposition. From what I've seen, they are. Whether the sums add up is the point, don't you think? I'm currently talking to my broker about one of them and I've never even heard of the area. Well, not since I started doing some homework on it! |
