Hi all,

As said on a previous thread, there are a few lenders who accept gifted deposits.

Could we be given one or two names of such lenders?

Many thanks.

There are a few others Gabriela, see previous posts under the subject, but as mortgage advisors, Alex and I would not be wise to start banding their names around for obvious reasons. Each lender has different criteria and may not be suitable for different people. For example, Abbey National will not do self-cert and will only accept 5% of a gifted deposit for first time buyers. Mortgages PLC will accept 10% and can do self-cert. Best to speak to an advisor and discuss your situation as it can get very complicated with different lenders criteria.
