I am looking into re-mortgaging my PPR located in Bristol which has £100k equity in it. I had an offer for re-mortgaging for £100k so that would leave me with £27k after paying my present mortgage off.

Does anybody think that there are better deals out there?

Is it possible to get a 80-90% re-mortgage (LTV mortgage)? Whom can I contact? Many thanks for reading this post. Gabriela

Hi there,

Mortgage Express will offer upto 90% true self cert no income checks done at all. Rate 5.50% discounted for 3 years then free to move.

If you can prove all your income then you could raise upto 125% either with the same lender or Northern Rock.

All the best

Alex,

Thank you so much for this.

I have proof of income - I earn approx £19k. Would this be ok for a 100-125% on interest basis so I can raise the neccessary capital for buying properties?

If reply is positive, and I buy my first buy-to-let using part of the raise capital as a deposit, could I go back to same lender for a BTL mortgage..would it matter if it a short time in between re-mortgage and BTL mortgage?

Thank you, Alex.

Gabriela

Gabriela Sampson - your income is not enough so you would need to self cert max is 90% Mortgage Express.
