Feedback on our site? - Improvements to the site

We are constantly seeking to improve the site and therefore your input is appreciated.

Question....

Should we make the online offer system more of a bidding system. Would this be better.....obviously more auction like?

Probably would work out better in the sellers favour more of the time but would like to open this topic to the floor.

I tried to add a new property this morning and the adding a picture is very complicated and unclear.

Would be great if this could be improved.

Julian, It would be helpful if on your property pages there were links to pages so that someone browsing could jump to the price bracjket they were interested in instead of having to go through every page. Sometimes I like to go to each page in numerical order, sometimes I'd prefer to page jump. Just a thought.

I agree, and sorting by yield would be good too.

How about automatic login?

Hi Frank - thanks for the feedback.

We are looking into this at present. The obvious trade-off is security.

We shall probably introduce a checkbox for "keep me logged in for 2 weeks", in which case the cookie sent to you PC would remain active even when you close your browser. You'd have to be careful when on shared computers, etc, though!

I think the alert serching needs to be refined. Most serious investors tend to prefer the higher yielding properties therefore in the alert system a search by yield would be useful

Cassa, I agree. Perhaps by alerts by yield and then specified area.

The alerts are about to be overhauled - we'll monitor it from the new system.

Cassa - what's your main issue - too many alerts coming through for a region?

It would be useful to be able to select new properties added today, this week etc.

Is there any possiblity that one can have more than one picture of the properties for sale?.

It would be helpful for one to have more than just the front view of the property but also other pictures showing several views and possibly internal views.

Most investors are really tied up and it makes it esier on decisions to purchase when there are several pictures avialable thanks nana

Some properties have more than one photo Nana, I think it depends how many photos they want to put up.
