I have someone who wants to rent a house for a month. I am aware of the problems in signing up an AST but what about signing them up for a Holiday Let for 1 month.

My solicitor seems to think that even a Holiday Let is covered by the Protection from Eviction Act.

Any ideas/suggestions. Thanks
