Has anyone got an empty BTL that needs a tennant in the farnworth area of Bolton? My brother and his girlfriend are due to have a baby at the begining of march and although he has been searching daily for a property has had no luck. They are desperate to find a property 1/2 bed. They are willing to look at properties in most states of repair as most of you know I have my own construction company so may be able to work something out on the refurb if neccessary.
