General (main property discussion here) - Anybody out there sunning it up?

Writing the last post on the previous thread made me think why not start up a new one!

Is there anybody out there that has made enough and is sunning themselves now and keeping their eye on the property market with forums?

I'm aiming for this, but its going to take a while.

I am in the UK too mate, very cold, very cold indeed.

I'm in Joooormany at the moment and its a little nippy...but then again I'm a northern Monkey so where theres no sense theres no feeling!

I will warm up a bit in 4 weeks though as I'm off to furnish my apartment in Phuket....this time I hope!
