I'm new to the board but wondered if anyone was interested in an excellent opportunity.
I have a second floor flat in Crewe, Cheshire. It has 2 bedrooms; bathroom and open plan kitchen living area. It was built in Oct 06 and is currently tenanted. There is currently a major investment programme in Crewe and there is a very large demand for rental properties due to having large companies based there like Bentley Motors.
My flat is currently tenanted from April on a 6 month AST with the view to being a long-term tenant. I have a 5.5% yield and have had no issues re-letting it due to there being a lot of interest in the flats. It is nearby to a large supermarket and entertainment facilities i.e. bowling, bingo and cinema.
