We have a bungalow (end terrace) with room to build 2 one bed bungalows on the end, does anyone know if there is a need to provide parking spaces with one bed places. There is plently of off road parking in the vicinity just wondering if you have to have designated parking. thanks.

No need for parking spaces if the street has ample space, however you may have to demonstrate that the street will take more cars, so take photos in the morning and in the evening as you may need them on appeal. Good luck |
